Don’t miss this free networking opportunity – a community lunch on Friday 13th July (12.30-2pm) at the Town Hall in Dorchester. The event organised by Dorchester Town Council includes an opportunity to Learn about Lottery Funding. There will be a buffet lunch which will be free – but places are limited – so booking will be required.
This event is aimed at members of the local community and voluntary organisations and those that work to support the voluntary sector. If you would like to go but represent a business, statutory group or other please get in contact with Emma Scott via email: to check if there is space for you to join in.
The event will focus on recent changes to Lottery funding with speakers including:
- Clive Nelson – from Active Dorset – talking about Sports grants for smaller groups
- Kirsty Main – from the Big Lottery – talking about changes to the Awards for All & Reaching Communities Programmes.
There will be time for questions and for you to speak to Clive and Kirsty after lunch.
