Local solicitors Pardoes has just announced the appointment of a new joint head of its successful and well-established family law team, following the impending retirement of Maggie Roberts, who was the head of department.
Moira Reynolds and Amanda Shaw, both well known locally, take up their new appointment this week and in a joint statement said: “We are looking forward to building on Maggie’s highly regarded work raising the profile of this much respected family law team. Recognising that the social landscape is changing dramatically presents new challenges for lawyers, therefore we must adapt to be able to offer clients up to date and easy to understand advice in the more complex world in which we live.”
Guy Adams, Pardoes’ Managing Partner, said he was delighted to be able to appoint a new joint head of the family law team from within. “It demonstrates both our commitment to promote internally where possible and the strength and depth of our team here at Pardoes.”
