Investors in People assess how your organisation is performing in areas around employee engagement, communication, organisational culture and work practices, and they explore your performance at leading, supporting and improving people & culture strategy, comparing against other organisations in our industry and sector globally.
The qualifying process involves an in-depth assessment requiring all employees to complete surveys and attend individual interviews with an auditor, and the company was also required to submit extensive evidence to the auditing body.
Only a small percentage of businesses in the UK achieve the Platinum standard, it is especially valuable to us at Mploy as our people are at the very heart of everything we do, and to be re-awarded such an accolade in the post Brexit and Covid world means that all of our efforts to look after our employees, throughout such an unprecedented and challenging trading period, have been recognised and appreciated throughout the business.
