Healthy Connections, a new friendly networking group with a focus on health and well-being, starts on Monday 9th April (4.30pm to 6pm) at The Gamekeeper in Charminster.
It is the perfect opportunity to step out from your business and meet like-minded people that want to discuss and find out more about incorporating a healthy lifestyle and mindfulness into every day. The session will finish with a light, healthy meal.
