Rebecca Gilbert, Founder and Company Director, says “It has been quite a journey since starting the Company back in March 2022. ecca has seen a steady growth in clients reaching out for strategic people expertise and, as an experienced HR Director with over 20 years’ experience in commercial businesses, Rebecca has been delighted to work with clients across many industries and sectors.
Over the past two years Rebecca has been called in to help with some particularly sensitive matters, often at a senior level in organisations. For Rebecca, supporting clients through difficult and complex situations is something she enjoys most about her work, helping business owners to resolve situations which can consume so much time and energy.
