Google Digital Garage returns to Dorchester – 19th October
Dorset Councils Partnership is delighted to be partnering again with Google Digital Garage to offer you an exceptional, business-led event. The event will be hosted at the council offices: South Walks House in Dorchester and will be free of charge.
Boosting your digital skills will help you to learn how to use data to measure how your business performs online, find the right words to communicate with your customers on social media and, importantly, stay safe online. The digital landscape constantly changes and evolves, so why not come and learn from industry professionals who have their finger firmly on the digital pulse?
The workshops on offer differ to those held at the event at the start of the year, so businesses who attended the first event will have the opportunity to learn additional skills. The 3 workshops this time around are; Know your business with data, Stay safe online and Writing for Social media.

NHT Business Users Satisfaction Survey
The National Highways & Transportation (NHT) Businesses Survey, carried out in conjunction with industry experts Ipsos MORI, is being used to gather feedback from businesses regarding their views on highways services. The survey replicates a similar residents survey and asks for satisfaction levels in relation to various aspects of the service delivered by Dorset Highways (Dorset County Council).
Your feedback is vital as it’s your chance to provide us with direct feedback on highway matters that impact on your business. It will help us look at priorities for the coming years and how customer perception has changed over time. Feedback will also be built into our business planning processes, allowing us to act on the information and look to improve the service provided where possible.
Please note: as this survey is being conducted by Dorset Highways (Dorset County Council) we would ask that only those businesses within the Dorset County Council boundary complete the survey.
