How does it work?
Once you’ve registered for the online session, you will receive an email confirmation and link to join the event. A list of attendees will be emailed prior to the `breakfast’.
The following timings are approximate:
9:00 am Chamber Introduction
9:10 am Separate into Tables
9:10 am ‘Round Table’ Introductions (2 mins each approx.)
9:30 am Return to main room before being directed to another Table
9:35 am ‘Round Table’ Introductions (2 mins each approx.)
9:55 am Return to main room
9:55 am Chamber News
10:00 am Close of Meeting
Bring your own Breakfast (Optional)
If there are fewer numbers, there may not be a table change so everyone will stay in the same room. In that circumstance, everyone will be given an opportunity to give a 2-minute introduction to the whole room.
The event is delivered via the Zoom Conferencing platform courtesy of Dorset Chamber.
