The Dorset Echo Toy Appeal, which supports agencies with presents for needy local children at Christmas, marks its 20th anniversary this year. Without the fantastic local support, this would not have been possible.This year the Dorset Echo is again offering businesses the opportunity to donate £100 to buy a main present for ten children. This is then combined with stocking filler gifts donated by the paper’s readers so that each child receives a lovely selection of presents at Christmas. All the businesses that donate will be featured in the Dorset Echo with a story about their donation to the Toy Appeal.
